MSW Service specializes in elevators and electrical installations, and the electronics in their elevators are protected by an enclosure from NPP. MSW Service and NPP connected when they exhibited at the same trade fair. Micke Dahlgren, Owner at MSW Service, explains that he then started looking into NPP's products as he was considering developing the enclosure they were currently using. “We previously used a standard solution, but we felt we wanted to make some changes and improvements, and therefore started looking at different alternatives.” Micke explains. After discussions, it turned out that a custom-designed enclosure offered better functionality and was also more cost-effective.

Micke says that the collaboration with NPP has worked well. “We receive good feedback, which is very important.” he says. According to Micke, the most important aspects for the company's enclosure are that it primarily has the correct dimensions, is painted, and is properly sealed, as they fill the enclosure with electronics.

“We received excellent initial documentation to work with, and there are never any problems with making changes. NPP is incredibly flexible and easy to work with.” Micke concludes.
