Elpro Alingsås supplies various electrical solutions, primarily to companies in the industrial sector. Together with NPP, they are currently developing an enclosure for one of their newest clients. This project involves very specific requirements and ideas, which led them to seek NPP's assistance. Henrik Karlsson, Elpro's Marketing and Sales Manager, states that the collaboration with NPP has been very successful. “NPP is very attentive and responsive, always finding solutions. Advantages of custom enclosures
Henrik believes there's a perception that choosing a standard enclosure can save construction time. However, he argues that if you can, from the outset, for example, arrange components differently than standard or prepare for the contents in another way, you can simplify installation and gain significant benefits.

‍“It's also a positive aspect that you can choose the color and shape, thereby getting an enclosure that blends into its surroundings.” says Henrik.

“The most important thing is to choose the right enclosure for the right customer, and that's where custom enclosures come in. I've looked at standard enclosures designed for fuses, but I see that they let in both air and moisture, which is absolutely not good if the product is to be placed outdoors. So, the most important thing is to consider the environment in which the product will be placed and choose accordingly, and in this regard, I believe custom enclosures are the best solution.” Henrik concludes.
