According to Arne, it is especially important to communicate when something doesn't go according to plan, as it's often easier to solve problems or adapt to them then.. “The collaboration with NPP has worked well, but like all long-term relationships, there are ups and downs. However, communication has evolved, and it is now functioning well, and we know where we stand with each other.” says Arne.
