MSW Service specializes in elevators and electrical installations and their electronics in the elevators are covered by an enclosure from NPP. MSW Service and NPP came into contact with each other when they exhibited at the same fair. Micke Dahlgren, Owner at MSW Service tells us that he then started looking at NPP's products as he had thoughts about developing the enclosure they used at the time. "We had a standard solution before, but we felt we wanted to make some changes and improvements and therefore started looking at different options," says Micke. After dialogue, it turned out that a specially adapted enclosure functioned better and was also cheaper.
Micke says that the collaboration with NPP has worked well. "We get good feedback, which is very important," he says. According to Micke, the most important thing for the company's enclosure is that it above all has the right dimensions, is painted, and properly sealed because they fill the enclosure with electronics.
"We were given a very good basis from the beginning to proceed with, and there are never any problems with making changes. NPP are incredibly flexible and easy to deal with," concludes Micke.
