Operating policy
Our goal is that with skilled and motivated staff in dialogue with the customer, to develop, manufacture and deliver products that will always meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. The right quality is our guarantee of profitability and long term survival.
Basic principles to achieve our goal:

- Through preventive work we will continuously improve our quality and environmental performance, production process and our business system
- Our procedures and practices shall comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and AFS 2001:1 (SAM) in order to ensure high product quality, environment, and a good business and work environment.
- Environmental work should be characterized by a holistic approach and be guided by what is technically possible and economically feasible.
- The business must be conducted in such a manner to protect the environment by preventing pollution and that raw materials and energy are used efficiently.
- We must have a physical and mental working environment that facilitates and highlights our employees’ unique ability. We will work proactively to reduce the risk of injuries and accidents.
- Damage to people, property or the environment will not occur due to fire. To achieve this, we work systematically to improve our fire protection.
- The authorities’ various requirements are minimum standards which must be met.
Work on quality, environmental, occupational health and fire safety aspects should be integrated with other operational issues. Concern and responsibility for our common activities and the environment will thus be a natural part of every employee’s daily lives.
